30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Jälki Studio and Atlas. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including a change of mind. No explanation is required.
Try it free first
Every Studio and Atlas plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged on the day you start, and if you cancel before the trial ends you are not billed at all.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Jälki orders. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or write to us at hello@jalki.app and we will pass it on. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time from your Paddle billing page or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Studio or Atlas access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your entries stay yours on the free Trace tier afterwards.
Renewals
If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, tell us — within 30 days of that charge we will refund it under the guarantee above.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not limit them, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any consumer-protection or withdrawal rights in your own country. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your order.
